North Peak Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture: NPR) (the “Company” or “North Peak”) announces that Leni Keough has made the decision to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company would like to express its gratitude to Ms. Keough for her contributions to the Company and wish her well in her future pursuits.
Mr. Mike Sutton, an independent director of the Company, has replaced Ms. Keough on the Audit Committee.
